Display advertisements in the AHPA Report, the association’s monthly e-newsletter, reach a very special audience: nearly 1,000 executives at more than 300 AHPA member companies. Below are ad rates, technical specifications, contact information, and deadlines for advertising in the AHPA Report in 2015.

Full page, 4-color: $385 per month (members), $575 (non-members)

½-page, 4-color: $200 per month (members), $300 (non-members)

¼-page, 4-color: $100 per month (member), $150 (non-member)


Full page: 7.5 inches wide x 9.375 inches tall

½-page vertical: 3.6 inches wide x 9.4 inches tall
½-page horizontal: 7.5 inches wide x 4.5 inches tall

¼-page vertical: 3.6 inches wide x 4.5 inches tall
¼-page horizontal: 7.5 inches wide x 2.125 inches tall

Preferred formats and production notes

Please forward your ad materials in either a .pdf file, an .eps file with all fonts converted to curves or outlines, or a .tif or a .jpg file. Do not include a bleed or crop area. Please forward ads at a minimum of 150 dpi resolution.

Forward all ad materials by email only to Haley Chitty. In the subject line, be sure to include the company name and the issue of the AHPA Report in which the ad is to run. In the body of the email, include a contact person and contact information, including phone and email address. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your ad. If we do not receive a response to the confirmation email, your ad may be delayed.

If you do not have a completed ad in one of the above formats, simply email the text in a Word document and the company logo as an .eps or .tif file. We'll build your ad and forward it to you for your approval.

Reserve space by the 1st of the month prior to publication.
Materials must be received by the 10th of the month prior to publication.
