Melissa Do is Director of Communications for the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA). In this role, she writes and designs content for the association, engages with media and industry partners, and publicizes the crucial work being done by AHPA and its members to support herbs and access to herbal and natural products. Her work ensures that AHPA is recognized for its industry leadership and scientific and regulatory contributions and that AHPA communications meet the needs of the association’s stakeholders in today’s digital landscape.

Do received her B.A. in journalism with an emphasis in public relations from San Diego State University. Coming to AHPA from the hemp CBD space, her experience includes managing marketing, communications, and events across a wide range of industries.
