Graham Rigby is President & CEO of the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) and the AHPA ERB Foundation. In this role, he provides strategic leadership, oversees all administrative, financial, and advocacy functions, and collaborates closely with AHPA’s Board of Trustees to develop and implement long-term policy and programming. Graham directs staff in delivering member-driven education, regulatory guidance, and industry outreach, while cultivating relationships with federal and state regulators, legislators, and allied organizations to advance the interests of the herbal products industry.
An innovation,product-development and compliance specialist, Graham brings over two decades of experience launching award-winning health, wellness, and sports-nutrition products. At New Chapter, he was responsible for marketing and helped found the innovation team and led commercialization of multiple award-winning innovations. As Chief Innovation Officer at Organic India, he oversaw global R&D for certified organic botanicals and regenerative-agriculture supply chains. More recently, Graham built the physical product technical and compliance teams at personalized vitamin startup Care/of and startup Infinite Garden and was on the launch team at IngredientAI, a generative-AI platform delivering rapid, data-driven insights for the supplement industry.
Graham has served on AHPA’s Board of Trustees since 2012 in numerous leadership roles including Chair and Chair of the Finance and Governance committee. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is passionate about the role of botanicals, nutrition, and technology in holistic health and is committed to fostering innovation, integrity, and sustainability across the herbal products landscape.
